Women's Economic Empowerment
Through Umoya's Kwagalana Initiative, we help women in Uganda build sustainable income easing the financial pressure that so often strains life at home.
Through this Initiative, women receive:
Small business grants and planning support
Vocational skills training
Financial literacy education
Community savings groups and ongoing mentorship
We're not just offering short-term help. We're building long-term independence so that when a woman can provide for her family, her children stay in school, stay fed, and grow up in a home that feels secure.
