Sponsor a child

Children living on the street lack access to quality education and support in their studies. Four people each give AUD$50 a month and together you cover a child’s full education.  Child sponsorship will be one of the most meaningful things you can ever do to transform the life of a child. It takes a village to raise a child, we would love your help!

  • SOFIA

    2 SPONSORS - 2 NEEDED

Sofia was just a baby when we rescued her from the streets with her siblings. She was re-settled with her grandfather and siblings in the village and now attends school with her sister and her cousins close to her home. Sophia is currently in Primary 1 and does very well at school and is a pleasure at home with her grandfather. Sofia still needs two more sponsors to come alongside her so that she can attend secondary school in the future and be supported at home.

  • ASHA

    2 SPONSORS - 2 NEEDED

When we found Asha she was living on the streets along with her siblings. Asha is now in Primary 1 at school and is doing very well with her education. She has been resettled with her grandfather and lives with her sister and cousins and goes to school close to home in the village. Asha still needs two sponsors to enable her to continue her education into Secondary school and to support her at home.

  • NAJIBU

    1 SPONSOR - 3 NEEDED

Najibu is currently studying in secondary 1. We found Najibu when he was very young selling soap on the street to help provide an income for his family. We now partner with his mother and help support her so that Najibu can go to school. Najibu tries his best at school and has extra support from us to keep improving each term. We are proud of his efforts. Najibu still needs three sponsors to continue his education and be supported at home.

  • ZAINAH

    4 SPONSORS NEEDED

Zainah was rescued from a life on the street alongside her brothers and sisters. She was living in a cardboard shelter in the slums with her family. Zainah has now been settled with her grandfather in the village and travels to and from boarding school in the city. Zainah would love to continue on to secondary school with the help of her sponsors.

  • LATIF

    4 SPONSORS NEEDED

Latif was rescued from a life on the street with his siblings and now attends Secondary school close to home. Latif is a responsible boy who is very caring and does well in school. We are so proud of Latif and how far he has come. Latif is currently unsponsored and needs 4 sponsors to come alongside him so that he can continue his education and build a future.

  • GIFT

    4 SPONSORS NEEDED

Gift was rescued last December from a life on the street while very heavily pregnant and sleeping in our cook’s kitchen. We were able to resettle Gift with her mother in the village and she is now safely at home. We would love for four sponsors to come alongside Gift so that she can learn a trade to start a small business in her home village and to support her at home. We would love your help to change Gift’s future.

  • WALIDA

    4 SPONSORS NEEDED

Walida was rescued by us with her siblings but had a much harder time adjusting to life off the street. We put Walida in school for many years but unfortunately she never really adjusted and after her mothers death, Walida spiralled. She ran back to the street and ended up pregnant and living on the street. Just before the birth, Walida finally broke and asked for help. We resettled her with her grandmother in the village and she had a beautiful baby girl. We need some sponsors to support Walida in the village and help her to gain a skill to support herself and her daughter in the future.

  • KAYLA

Kayla is currently in Secondary 1. Kayla is the youngest daughter of our project Director, Saul. We offer child sponsorship to our staff to help cover some of our running costs. Without sponsorship, Kayla would not be able to continue her education through Secondary school. Kayla is doing well at school and is an amazing chess player.

  • KIM

Kim is currently studying in Secondary school and is doing well. She is the eldest daughter of our project director, Saul. Through offering child sponsorship to cover school fees for our staff it help cut our costs down so that we can give more to the children and our families.
