Economic empowerment

Our Economic Empowerment Program supports families to build sustainable and reliable sources of income, reducing the financial pressures that can contribute to instability at home.

We aim to provide tailored support including small business grants, business planning guidance, vocational skills training, and financial literacy education. We also aim to establish community savings groups and ongoing mentorship to help families strengthen financial resilience and decision-making.

Rather than focusing only on short-term income support, our approach is designed to help families develop long-term economic independence. When caregivers are able to generate stable income, they are better equipped to provide for their children’s basic needs, support their education, and create a more secure and stable home environment.

By investing in family livelihoods, we are working toward a future where children can grow up in stable households, remain in school, and build brighter, more secure futures.
